Diesel Power Plant Engineering Department in HHI-EMD is continuously developing future-oriented new technologies.

Our engineering department continues to develop new technologies relevant to the diesel power plant field to cope with the boundless competition of tomorrow and beyond.

All major R&D activities are carried out with close cooperation among the related engineering or development departments and research centers.

Our departments are putting the latest software version to practical use especially in 3D modeling of diesel power plants. We use the AUTOPLANT & AUTOCAD in CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) system. The following applications illuitrate how this software is used.

Based on Hyundai's abundant experience of excution and engineering of diesel power plant projects, we have developed our own Control System Model-the core of technology in the diesel power plant-with Hyundai's Mechatronics Research Institute.

We continue to improve our engineering ability and do our utmost to meet the requirements of our customers. Furthermore, we are scheduled to develop systems to be applied in the large capacity diesel power plant.
