This notice has been prepared to notify you of the fact that your data, which were previously in Hyundai Heavy Industries (“Company” or “We” or “HHI”)’s possession either through direct collection, collection through device provided and/or developed by Company. This notice applies to your use of the mobile device application and related websites.
The Company keeps and processes information about contact persons at our customers, suppliers, vendors and/or business partners. This notice describes how we collect and use information (including personal data) about you during and after your business relationship with us, in accordance with applicable law and what legal rights you have in relation to our collection and processing of your information.
Please note that collecting and processing of your information as set forth in this notice is necessary for us to enter into and maintain our business relationship with you.

We may collect your information directly and automatically from you or through devices.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS PROCESSED
Through our website including mobile website, we may process your information in two ways:
- (1) direct processing (for example, when you complete an information form within our website, and;
- (2) indirect processing from certain third parties,). Such third parties which may include, for example, website analytic technology, our affiliates, public authorities, public websites and social media, suppliers and vendors, etc.

COOKIES
Currently, we are using Google Analytics, a weblog analysis tool provided by Google, to provide better service in the future. Google Analytics collects behavioral information of users of our website through cookies, and in this case, only non-realistic information that cannot identify individual users is collected.
And, this collected non-realistic behavior information can be used for online advertising purposes through Google's Google Adwards service.
A. What is a cookie?
The ‘cookie’ is the program designed to save and retrieve the users information frequently, in order to provide the personalized and customized service. The cookie is a small text file that is sent to the user’s browser by the server, which is used to run the web site. The cookie is stored in the user’s computer hard disk. When the user visits the APP and/or website again, the APP and/or website server reads the contents of the cookie stored in the user’s hard disk and uses it to keep the user’s environment setting and provide customized service. Unless the user agrees, the cookie does not collect the personally identifiable information automatically or actively, and the user can reject the saving of the cookie or delete the saved cookie at any time.
B. Cookie installation, operation and rejection
The user has an option on cookie installation; the user can allow all cookies, or confirm each time the cookie is saved, or reject the saving of all cookies in the APP and/or web browser by changing the setting as follows:
1) Select [Internet Options] from the [Tools] menu;
2) Click the [Privacy] tab; and
3) Change privacy settings.
DATA SHARING
We may share your data with third parties, including HHI’s affiliates and third-party service providers, within or outside the country that we are locating to comply with our legal or contractual requirements or to pursue our legitimate interests in connection with our relationship.
If such a recipient of your information is located outside of the European Union and the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or in a country that is not recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of data protection, we will implement appropriate measures to ensure that your information remains protected and secure in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. These measures may include data transfer agreements implementing European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (a form of data transfer agreement pre-approved by the European Commission as providing adequate safeguards for data).
DATA SECURITY
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your information to our employees, agents, contractors and other third parties on a need to know basis. They will only process your information on our instructions subject to the duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach in accordance with applicable laws.
DATA RETENTION
We will only retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the Purposes . To determine the appropriate retention period for the information, we will consider, for example, the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your information, the purposes for which we process your information and whether we can achieve those Purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements. Broadly, most of your information is kept only for the duration of our working relationship with you.

B. as needed to defend or pursue legal claims.
In certain circumstances we may anonymize your information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case you agree that we may use such information without further notice to you.
RIGHTS OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, ERASURE, AND RESTRICTION
