The Quality Assurance Program of the HHI-EMD has the primary goal of supplying products and services, ranking among the best in the industry, in total compliance with both contractual and regulatory requirements.
To fulfill this primary goal, and to continue to offer the quality on which our strong reputation has been built, combined efforts are required from our quality assurance, engineering and production personnel.
It is policy of HHI-EMD to constantly maintain an effectively and efficient documented Quality Assurance System, complying with the requirements of the International Standards (ISO 9001, KSA 9001) and customer contractual requirements.
The basic policy developed and documented within the Quality Assurance System must be adhered to by all HHI-EMD personnel. The QM Manager, through Quality Awareness Training, should ensure that new/existing personnel are aware of the objectives and philosophy of the Quality Assurance Policy being implemented within the company.
