Reaching an Long-term Agreement with Rong An Power Machinery(China)   [ Aug. 13, 2009 ] HHI-EMD reached an long-term agreement with Rong An Power Machinery in China for supplying two-stroke engine parts on 10th June. Rong An is a newborn two-stroke engine maker and a subsidiary of Rong Sheng Heavy Industries Co. Ltd. that is the biggest private ship-building company in China. The agreement signed by Mr. Deng Hui,President of Rong An, and S. N. Yoo, COO of HHI-EMD, will be effective for 5 years. And by acquiring the priority of supplying all key engine parts and components with Rong An and adapting a new strategic business model, HHI-EMD will be able to strengthen our market position with success.
